In short: if any blame must be thrown around for what we are experiencing, we all own a portion of it. Including the one percent. But to place all the blame on them, as though you don’t own any, is just plain ignorant.
Are psychopaths born or are they bred? I think it’s the latter. Even those who seem predisposed to that behavior at birth must be triggered by an environment conducive to the triggering. I think this is why Copiosis offers so much promise for solving the psychopath problem: it creates an environment where such people can get the help they need.
I’ve said before the UBI solution is a short-sighted one. But it is great in that it is sparking a dialogue that naturally leads to looking at Copiosis.
