In Copiosis there is no central planning, nor is there a government. The world is run by the billions of people who make things. We call them producers. Things producers make get consumed by people who want them. Consuming these things creates a lot, some, a little, or no Net Benefit . Producers are awarded NBR based on how much Net Benefit things they make create when consumed. So long as that benefit endures, they keep getting NBR. In Copiosis everyone is a producer. So everyone gets rich and participates in running the world. Not a government, not a political system like socialism. It’s kind of like capitalism, just way better!
